Eugenics promotes a whole and healthy society. "The Eugenics Archive" however, after explaining what is eugenic, then adds how this was "oppressive and wrong and should be remembered just so we never commit this wrong again". Nature says the opposite; breed two hu-mans of holistic strength (called vir by the Romans), and after some generations this evolutionary process will flower an even stronger (more adapted) family. It is funny how these "Progressivists" put a ban on selective breeding yet love themselves for achieving a technological "Utopia," as if the techno-tools we have today are not the result of their ancestors whose intellect could not have just appeared out of nowhere but is due to the breeding of their most mathematical people for millenniums as opposed to mud-hut people. When this law of nature was legislated, eugenicists kept races and ethnicities homogeneous. It doesn't matter whether they thought Nordics were superior and would degenerate if bred with non-Nordics; what matters is that each group was separate and thus capable of consensus. But modern society is dysgenic, so what do we have to face every day? A monocultural society based on spending most of its irreplaceable time competing against each other to make money instead of experiencing life, which has grown obese due to overindulging on its "wealth." Acne, gradual sight impairment, cancers, and many other defects caused from unhealthy breeding, habits and habitats are rampant. Ethnoculture and oneness with the transcendent (Ometeotl) have been severed because the original communities somewhere along the line lost sight of Tradition (in Evola's sense), so foreigners, whose goal was monetary profit, take advantage of this to dilute us further, and families continue to disperse from each other to pursue individual enjoyment rather than achieve high context collective goals. It is an age of crisis. Every civilization that was intelligent enough to recognize the reality of eugenics promoted it. I am a Mexicatl, and ours is the Mexica (MEH-SHEE-KAH) of Anahuac -- one of the highest civilizations ever to exist on Tlalli. Our people were whole and great once, but we have not had consensus since a little before the reign of the Spanish colonists (when -- though this historical factor is debatable -- the warrior caste became feudalist, so the servant macehualli caste used this as an excuse to betray the Pilli [Nobles] to help the Conquistadors overthrow Moctezuma's empire so they might rise to power), but it has been even worse since their control. The nations of Nican Tlaca (except for Uruguay, Argentina, Costa Rica, and Chile, which have been completely taken by Spanish) are still at internal war because they remain multicultural (under foreign influence [globalism; still colonialism] from Israel and the USA). Due to this, we have a fragmented spirit. But just as Europeans have purged the 2000-year rule of the Christian Church & revived their root Odinist spirit (a revolt that spread throughout all the Nordic countries including the USA), we can turn its mere 500-year dominion back and return to our Mexicayotl root. We've been led to think this cannot happen because we are biologically and culturally tainted by the Catholic Iberians (which was their intent for this subjugation tactic); that we can't revert back to being completely Indigenous, but blood is just secondary to the true race; the race of the spirit! Mexica have brought back the spiritual teachings of Quetzalcoatl into their lives, and we weaken the grip of colonial mind-control more every day!
I am not saying that all Christians are dysgenic; I am saying that they simply have no place here because their values (the "body [Hell] vs. soul [Heaven]" duality rooted in Zoroastrianism) are incompatible with ours. My advice to the Christians is to rediscover what a levelheaded spirituality is, and make Christianity into that -- gnostic kabbalah or the form decided by the meister Eckhart being good prototypes -- so it will not be the contradictory religion that has brought much greatness to Europe but also much unhealth to them and the world. Or else, it will remain a broken pseudo-faith based on pity. It is the religion of Slave Morality, which is why it is popular with the Crowd. Adolf Hitler detested Christianity because he understood it as Jewish so foreign to Europe. He would have had it removed (after his involvement with the heathen cult of Thule) but knew the majority of his volk were still devout to it, so he had no choice but to pose as a Christian to the public in order to gain a larger following for the Nationalist cause. But it would be foolish to continue with this foreign religion, for it is an avatar of destruction with absolutism, pity, passivity, and fear of death. Even if we remove the institution it would remain as a mode of thought (being imbedded in our minds by secular [humanist] Judeo-Christians), so decolonizing ourselves completely will require a reconnection with the transcendent to replace the Modernist's linear beliefs. Returning to the subject of biological race, many would like to believe that we are not a race because we've been mixed with different races or cultures (even the Spanish Visigoths [or, "Valagoths" -- Romanized Goths] could not avoid foreign cultural influence after centuries of Moorish and Gypsy occupation). Well, if we were to think this true, then there are hardly any races left at all! I mentioned before that one contribution to Tenochtitlan's downfall was that the macehualli had revolted against the Pilli. This occurred because the macehualli of the final days of the empire were not even Mexica -- they were surrounding tribes that became indentured servants. So for this reason, over time, the warriors (who had to take prisoners in order to reach a higher rank) became spoiled/immoderate and forgot that these peoples were also a natural part of society's order, so they neglected them, seeing them as lowly serfs. The slaves had miscegenated with the Mexica population, so the original consensus was lost, and the macehualli became crowdist rabble. Northern Europeans are still mostly unmixed with non-Nordics (though that is changing with the influx of non-white immigrants being sent into their land by destructive powers). Mediterraneans (Southern Italians, Greeks, etc) are largely mixed with Semites and some Africans. Eastern Europeans (Slavs; Russians, Bulgarians, etc) are also mixed with Semites and Negroes, but are more known for their partial Mongoloid blood. Iberians are a mix of Valagoths, Gypsies, Hebrews, Negroes, "Moriscos" (returned half-Moors), Celts, and mixed-race Greco-Romans. Most Negroes in Northern Africa and the USA have at least 20% Nordic in their bloodline, giving them beards and "fairer" complexions than pure blacks (the miscegenation in Africa took place when early Indo-European tribes like the Egyptians arrived; in the USA, it took place during colonial times and the age of Manifest Destiny). Many Asians are (controversially, because it has just recently been discovered) a mix of Mongoloids and Nordics (for Chinese, they are the Tocharians; Japanese, the Ainu; Mongolians, some Mediterraneans; for other South/East Asians, Aryans, the same that occupied India). Hebrews are, for the lot of them, a Semitic and Nordic mix. The rest of the Middle-Eastern peoples are a mix of almost every major race on earth, including Nordics, Semites, Mongoloids and Africans. Does this mean that these races should not consider themselves a "people"? No -- even though they are not of a single racial or tribal background, they have formed their own ethnoculture so have a collective spirit, which is the main attribute any group uses for designation (Northern Europeans are of the same racial stalk, but they identify with each other by nationality/ethnicity because that is what defines them specifically, not biological race alone). So when I say "race", this of course means "ethnoculture," as spiritual-ethnicity is higher than biological elements. The Mexica may have become largely mixed with Iberians -- as well as, before & during colonization, with non-Mexica tribes -- but so did all other Indigenous Nican Tlaca, yet we are all still here! ( Romans, though genetically extinct, have also survived.) We of Anahuac & Southern Ixachilan rebuff the terms "Hispanic" and "Latin-American" because they put us in one group and deny our roots as if we were the same as all Spanish/Latinate-speakers -- which we are not! Only English and North Americans seem to be fine with the generalizing term "white", but Europeans elsewhwere in the world do not think so. As far as I know, it is a great peeve of Asians and "American Indians" (a fictitious, bigoted appellation for Indigenous peoples) to be called those terms; they prefer being called by their own tribe (Japanese, Chinese, Thai; Navajo, Apache, Yaqui).
Now don't get me wrong; I feel there should be a pan-Indigenous union -- of Mexica, Maya, Inca, Cuzcateca, Navajo, Ute/Paiute, Mojave, Hopi, Yuma, Apache, Yaqui, etc -- as we each are in a common struggle, to have our homelands returned. White Nationalists worldwide have also acknowledged this so form pan-Aryan alliances to better reach their goal of separation from non-Indo-European peoples. Race-mixing never works, but inter-tribal coalitions can, because though each tribe has its own unique cultural soul, they all belong to the same racial stalk, so long-term relations between them will not encumber their function as a whole people as mixing with races that are way outside the largest part of our racial heritage would. This is how Evola could make presuppositions for a united Europe, how Semites in the Middle East have joined forces to rise against the terrorism of Israel, and how the Indigenous peoples of Ixachilan may stand stronger with the unification of all.
Evolution is the influence of external forces on a population to cause it to breed more well-adapted beings. In yeast, this means creatures which can eat and reproduce more quickly. In humans, it means people of greater intelligence, heroic character and physical strength as inseparable, balanced traits. When humans being no longer dependent on nature enforce evolution on themselves, it is eugenics. If a society has poor values, it breeds people of lesser intelligence, character and strength. To breed someone of one trait excessively is to negate the others, thus a person of high intelligence but low character can be created. A society with healthy values breeds better people in a balance of all three traits. This concept is frightening to most modern people as it presumes to rank individuals and threatens personal autonomy. It is thus a reminder of our mortality and inseparability from the whole. Once this pretense and its cowardice is overcome, the positive side of eugenics is seen: every generation exceeds the last, creating a better humanity as a whole. Eugenics cannot be applied in mixed populations, as each ethnic-cultural group has different goals and attributes. An intelligent approach is to separate the groups and to let each group breed itself as favorably as it can. Any population which does not exile its invaders will soon become a new, hybrid population, replacing the old; thus, any population which wishes to continue existing will be ethnoculturalist. Ethnoculturalism states that culture is what shapes the breeding standards of a population; that which is valued breeds more, and that which is seen as less desirable, less. This takes place over many generations and cannot be changed within a few centuries. Because of this, the converse is also true: any population with a given set of traits will set up a culture to support having those traits, and breeding so that they are more prominent. In the ethnocultural view, it is suicide for any population to allow mixture of another into its bloodline, as this will confuse the carefully-bred ethnic and cultural traits of the population, and compel it to force what it can remember of its older tradition on its new hybrids, destroying the integrity of that tradition. Integralism rejects the facilitative society, in which individual convenience is most highly prized, and replaces it with a rational holistic approach. It replaces monetary ranking with specialization, and embraces diversity in a new form: localization. While moderns have been taught that diversity means having a crowd of different ethnic backgrounds, all doing the same things and being assimilated into the same culture, integralism instead embraces localization, or the idea that while all communities are part of a general social consensus, ideas vary according to local population. By nature, each town or city will be different from others in some way, from local standards of public behavior to architecture. Instead of having one policy for all, integralists support having variation among smaller, localized populations. The advantage is that people of the same ethnocultural group can embrace diversity of idea within that group. Any tribe that desires continued existence must quarantine itself ethnically and culturally from others, but not in an absolutist sense: it does not blind itself to the world. One may have friendships, and indeed deep and longstanding esteem and platonic love for people of other tribes, without breeding with them and assimilating them. Nationalists must focus not on degrading other cultures, but celebrating their own, nurturing what makes it unique and fostering within it evolution so that it may reach its highest point of adaptation. Friendships and caring for people of other races remind us that others, too, have a place in the natural order, no matter how different they be. The enemy of all peoples is internationalism, or the one-size-fits-all view of culture. Internationalism groups us all in cosmopolitan cities where there is no shared culture except money and novelty, so we have no lasting values and might as well merge into an average of each other. This destroys what has taken thousands of generations to build, and eliminates diversity. Any society of a multicultural nature, in which many ethnicities coexist, is rapidly assimilated by its hybrids. In avoiding this outcome, Black Panthers, neo-Nazis, Zionists, Aztlanites and Asian Separatists agree on the same values, and should consider each other allies, and, if they can overcome mutual fear of "Other"ness, potential friends.-- from the American Nihilist Underground Society
After we consolidate our general ideas we can then also agree to eliminate the base elements that have been lessening our race. As the previous citation stated, the whole of a society (nation & locality) simply can not function while integrated with contrasting races, as each has its own set of values and therefore goals (which are the result of their ancestors' experience and karma), so they can only agree on lowest-common-denominator things when they become mixed (mainly to material needs, which is why capitalism works best on a hybrid population). But as the cite also mentioned, we will not blind ourselves to everything outside our borders. We've learned certain techniques from other races that have been very useful to us, such as the martial arts of Asians, and they themselves learn the arts from other Asian tribes to improve their skills. If we can have peace between all the different race-nations, it is indeed likely we may attain positive knowledge from each other in the future too, but this is if they are willing to reveal their sacred wisdom. We won't force anything from them. Integration also doesn't help us in that political oversocial conditioning via the media puts up the notion that you have to be "ghetto" in order to be "minority" (non-white), so many of our people lack proper education. This is yet another reason why eugenics must be applied to the races; when separate, a group is not affected by the foreign, damaging ideas of another. We Mexica need our own space, as does any ethnicity that wishes to preserve itself and stay healthy & whole (Mexica for Mexica, Yaquis for Yaquis, etc). When I say Mexica, I mean anybody who lives by the spirituality and traditions of the Mexica tribe, because many Chicanos are only certain of their immediate family heritage but have no knowledge of it before their grandparents, so have no idea what Indigenous blood they have that gives them their Mongoloid features. All they know is that their roots go back to Anahuac, and they do not wish to be "Mestizos." This is how it is justified for them to be Mexica if they don't know specifically what tribe their Anahuaca ancestors were.
Though we have the same heritage as those of the modern political-entity Mexico, many of them see us as "Americanized" so no longer Mexicans but "pochos." (Though they forget that many of us come from non-immigrant backgrounds, or did try to stay in Mexico when the U.S. won that territory from the war; we were given a year to leave or else become American citizens, but then they obtained more territory through another purchase, so it became quite hopeless and we were abandoned by our own government who sold us off.) The Nationalist Nordic-Americans do not want us with them either, nor should they, because we are not of their demographics (not of Nordic Northern European culture/heritage). So this is why the new Aztlan will be outside the two nation-states but in between both. Though we Anahuaca have occupied the American Southwest since colonial New Spain, the borders of Anahuac in antiquity were only as far as below the Rio Grande, so we are also displacing the original tribes indigenous to Northern Ixachilan. But because Anahuaca make most of the Indigenous Nican Tlaca tribes occupying the Southwest, this is the only area we may have Aztlan at this point. So in courtesy of them, all of our racial brothers living in the US will also be citizens of New Aztlan so they may have a nation separate from non-Indigenous Mongoloid races. It is logical that they would even prefer villages separate from other tribes, because this is the only way to preserve ethnoculture, which is why I also think our nation should consist of different sectors for the different ethnicities/tribes that wish political autonomy. No tribe will be dominated by another; there will be no assimilation of all Indigenous peoples into one single tribe as the Whites have done to themselves.
You might say, “Wait a minute…you would allow Whites and other foreign races to continue occupying Ixachilan? But why? These people do not even belong here; we were here first.” And that is a fact; Indigenous Mongoloid races were the first to establish their roots on these continents of the Western hemisphere, and even though there is unconfirmed evidence that Nordic tribes had arrived even before the Viking expeditions, they had not developed to an adequate magnitude that would displace the original inhabitants or survived long enough to retain their own civilizations, so Ixachilan has traditionally been Mongoloid territory. But unfortunately that was going to change; in 1776 the new European civilization calling itself the United States of America had set out to conquer this entire continent, and they succeeded. The Indigenous tribes of North Ixachilan were weakened because there was internal strife that went back many generations, so in this state many of them were easily eradicated. Then, in 1924, the surviving tribes were duped into becoming part of the United States, and all that did was bring them further into the same poverty as the other subservient non-white “minorities.” But suddenly, with the social changes of the 1960’s/70's, they again present a problem to the White man, because now they want back what was taken from them. Not just more little lands like what they got after the Indian Reorganization Act of 1934, but all of their land. But we must analyze the situation; Whites make over 75.1% of their United States, while the Indigenous peoples, Anahuaca/Southern Ixachilan peoples included, make 13.5% of it in total. How will this be settled? At the moment we cannot realistically suggest that every single White person be repatriated to Europe, and all Blacks back to Africa, so that we may have this whole continent for ourselves (they don't even have enough open space over there for this -- though with other populations like Asians and Hebrews their numbers are so small that repatriation would not be a problem). Just as we say ' For many of us it's been hundreds of years since we've had a direct Spanish relative; how much longer will we keep saying we're "Mestizo"?,' a large number of Whites here say "It's been almost 230 years since we were part of Europe; we do not consider ourselves immediate Europeans." They want to separate...just, not to another continent, because they feel their roots are already established too deep for them to be removed. I think that we will have to reach the compromise of letting Nordics remain but make our two nations separate and have them all sent to where they occupy predominantly, which is New England, the Northeast Coast, and Middle-America. And from what Black Panthers say in their 10-Point Plan, it seems they have no desire to have a Liberia-style land grant to them back in Africa. (Period, there must be sterilizations/curbing of surplus population in order for there to be enough room for all this to happen and for there to be only quality citizens.) I must note that the levelheaded Nationalists of any race (including Neo-National Socialistas) would not resort to hate and violence, but peace and understanding between the races to have their own land within Ixachilan rather than argue that they have the whole land and in consequence all die from a race war. Before the relocating of the races to their own separate nation, they would aid the communities where they previously lived in deconstructing those things which are undesirable/unhealthy to us. So, as ethnoculture is instrinsic foundation, it is their right that those Indigenous tribes who want a land separate from foreign races get Aztlan; those Nordics that want a fully Indo-European United States (each of which would be divided by ethnicity -- a Confederate Deep South for Scotch-Irish, a Hessian state for German-Americans, a Vinland for Scandinavian-Americans, etc); American-Africans that want a separate Black Nation in the Southeast (where they predominate), and so forth. Aztlan is of course desired mainly in the Southwest U.S. where we still make most of the population anyway, except for a significant number in the multiracial-urban areas such as California and Texas (modernized folk have, as Theodore Kaczynski pointed out, a certain way of thinking that separates them from any ideal higher than the ego). For all else, an autonomous State for their own people is not so desired because they have always lived in multi-ethnoracial lands and don't wish to give up their friends of different backgrounds. When the parts of the South that originally belonged to Anahuac secede to revive the Aztlan imperium, they would have the choice to migrate, but ties to kinsmen outside are strong, and this is the case with many. (In Washington, they are those who came from California, Texas, and Mexico to Yakima during the Mexican Revolution looking for work to support their children.) But there are enough to populate Aztlan, so it would be strong whether or not all outside of the nation did go to the Indigenous homeland. Though if Whites in the USA do prevail in their Nationalism, all non-whites will indeed be repatriated to their own lands, and this can only do good for all of the races. Anyone in our State that is not Mexica or another Indigenous tribe will be repatriated to where ever they belong; they would only be out of place here, as their genes and values are unsuitable in Aztlan.
Throughout human history though it has been inevitable that some mixing occurred and was irreversible (as in Spain during the Inquisition, when they expelled any Moors & Jews they could find but were unable to remove all of them) so those remnant populations would end up becoming a different cultural soul. This does not mean that Norte Chicanos would willingly sever their connections with heritage. There are plenty of our ethnic brethren above the borders of Aztlan (which is south of the Rio Grande) that they may continue to preserve their heritage, but of course it will be different than in the homogeneous south unless they make a harder effort to stay whole. That means that unless they separate into their own villages / disallow themselves to miscegenate & assimilate the ideas and cultural traits (especially language) of others, and be sure not to force others to accept them (lest others be assimilated by them as is the goal of egalitarianists like the NAACP), then what will happen is that a localized hybrid culture will evolve from the mixed-cities. This has already happened much, so as we know that "once hybridized [racially and/or culturally], always hybridized" (until they separate and breed back into their original gene pool), what those who apply to this human type (the "seventh sub-race" described by Samael Aun Weor) must do is instead of brooding on the loss of their old culture/ethnicity/race help with the creation of the localized culture. One needs culture to be healthy, or else they turn out like the empty, depressed and bitter people of monocultural post-industrial society. This local culture must be driven by spirituality in order to be Traditional, so because a mixed society has many backgrounds that might have contrasting representations of their higher power, what they can have to substitute as Buddha or Odin or Quetzalcoatl etc is the divine architect of the cosmos that is arguably all of these heroes of ancient civilizations at once: the Absolute (more properly the Eternal), "that which Is, which always has Been, and which always will Be". This can be the soul of a cosmic idealism that contains values which have been present in any Traditional civilization. However, I don't condone mixing; with the fast transportation of our era, it is quite possible for all peoples to return to their own land, unlike in the past when this was a hopeless journey for them, and I will always argue that history is significantly a function of race if the civilization does not preserve its transcendent spiritual traditions.
Let me clarify on that; real race is of the spirit before it is of the blood. Even mixed-blood populations may potentially have continuity for their ethnoculture; witness the Hebrews, who have for over five-thousand years become miscegenated with the races they encountered or were conquered by, but they have still managed to preserve their culture (though this meant that those they mixed with would have to be assimilated, so they alone disappeared while the Hebrews remained -- just, with a somewhat different face). And even with ancient Indigenous tribes, there was such variation of looks among them that today they would be mistaken for another race. Though typical Mongoloids are stocky and brown-skinned, there were some with features that seemed Nordic (with light skin, long skulls/pointy noses and beards), Negroid (darker-brown skin tone and thicker lips), or Neo-Semitic (with somewhat curly hair and a hooked nose). Again, whether or not these variations were produced long ago by a conjectural mixing with other races that somehow managed to get to Ixachilan is irrelevant – they were all of Indigenous spirit & ethnoculture, and this also goes for the Indigenous peoples of the present who have these non-Mongoloid distinctions, even if theirs is due to miscegenation with the early European conquerors of Manifest Destiny and/or their slaves. So you’re either Indigenous or you’re not. It is a spirit (which is good, because it doesn't make being of a race as simple as having the blood; it requires the traditional spiritual disciplines). Only with the “multiculturalism” of today has ethnoculture been truly threatened, for the governments that impose them are successfully acting as thought-police by means of television & oversocialization and are destroying from the age of youth all Tradition that still exists. On the modus operandi of how true race is preserved even with mixed-blood, I will again make a quote, this time from Baron Julius Evola:
The concept of race itself, according to its higher traditional significance, cannot have anything in common with the rational idols of modern biology and profane science. Above all, race is a basic attitude -- a spiritual power, something primal and creative -- whose outer, tangible forms are only a last echo... We repeat: race is secondary, spirit and tradition the primary factor, because, in a metaphysical sense, race dwells in the spirit before being expressed in the blood. If it is true that without racial purity, spirit and tradition are deprived of their most precious means of expression, then it also true that pure race deprived of spirit is condemned to be a biological mechanism and, in the end, doomed to extinction. The proof of this lies in spiritual decay, the ethical stupefaction, and the slow death of many tribes that did not commit any of the sins against the blood that have been discovered by materialistic racial science. The racial concept...refuses to look at the "individual in itself" as an atom that somehow has to create everything out of nothing, and which hence acquires value. On the contrary, every man is...regarded spatially as a link in a community, and temporally as a being that in its past and future is indivisibly bound to the continuity of a family, a clan, to blood and tradition. With this he [Evola] emphasizes the rootedness of man in contrast to the "individualistic" rootlessness, as he calls it, in which all individuals are interchangeable, lacking their own face and "personality." He thereby elevates the racial idea above the strictly naturalistic concept of the folk and the nation. ...In this context, the "race" -- as a higher [spiritual] race -- certainly has a greater importance than "folk and nation": it is the leading and creative element of a nation and its dominant culture... In a cat or a thoroughbred horse the biological is the deciding element, and thus the racial observation can be restricted to this criterion. This, however, is no longer the case when dealing with humans, or at least with beings that are worthy of that name. Man is indeed a biological being, but also connected to forces and laws of a different kind, that are as real and effective as the biological realm and whose influence on the latter cannot be overlooked. ...While race is a reality, it has nothing to do with the values, problems, and the strictly spiritual and cultural activity of man. ...Race exists in the body but also in the spirit and the soul. Ignoramuses have called me "the Hispanic Hitler," or a Neo- Gorro Blanco (as if that were supposed to "offend" me) for wanting eugenics in Mexica society because it involves the racial separation of us from other groups and the striving to become greater over the mundane average, but one must try to remove their preconceptions that make this a taboo. Master Samael Aun Weor said it best: this stale conventional moralism "serves no purpose but slavery to time and place; what was moral in ages past is now immoral & vise versa; that which is considered moral in one country is immoral in another, etc". (The Master preferred to see what is eternal.) There must be a suspicious questioning or an equally-healthy outright rebellion against these superfluous and baseless aspects of Modern culture once one understands the dysgenic nature of them. Understand, that this planet is overpopulated. People say this is not entirely true because "there may be a lot of people, but it's alright because they're all in one place -- in cities -- anyway". That doesn't mean anything; we still have to rely on the same resources, so because there are so many people our government has to rely on foreign economy. It has come to such a point that "we the people" (now "the Crowd" as in Plato's meaning) should not be allowed to get "whatever we want" as liberal democracy has provided. The pollution is so bad that it does not matter the majority populace doesn't care for a Green Party; we must enforce eco-fascism in order to survive! The uncontrolled breeding of humans (who are very low in quality) has boomed to such a high that we are suffocating ourselves and living in our own waste. If this continues, we will eventually have no choice but to curb human reproduction as is the case with China.
Call it bad genetics or bad karma, but each generation (except for the minority of differentiated men) has been more passive to the removal of sane values and the immoderate stripping of Tlalli's environment. I do not deny this fact; the Age of Aquarius is a chaotic one that is, like water, "fluid and formless", so there will be no collective order for society as it is today. A youth might try to rebel against the conformity of colonialism their parents kept up, but if they hold up ideas that are also backward then they are not really different. True dissidence would be to radically separate yourself from all modern thought. If you did that, you would see the errors of society and realize how eugenics will help cleanse this mess.
Of course, eugenics is not what comes first; it is only one aspect of a holistically healthy civilization. Society won't even accept this idea in its current state of Jewish-nihilism. It is this secular, money-driven bureaucracy that drives our people to criminality and other destructive "Third Worlder" conduct. What we need first, then, is to regain a sane spirituality/worldview as our ancestors had. A good start for those who don't know how to start would be to let go of one-sided political parties (Environmental, Republican, Communist, Democrat, etc) and embrace a holistic one that combines the most logical parts of all. This I think would basically be Green Traditionalist Communitarian Pragmatic meta-politics, as it does not make short-term decisions based upon an absolutist mindframe (as with the formerly mentioned ideologies) but takes into account the whole of the structure of life that has always been inherent: from the anti-humanist Green Party, we know that all life objectively depends on the health of our environment in order to survive and that we are inseparable from nature; from Republican Conservatives we are reminded that the subjective human world has a cultural-soul passed on to us from our forefathers which carries the values that drive us -- we are the products of our ancestors, and through generations of experience they developed laws and a system of living that they saw most adapted to their circumstances, though these would change somewhat over the course of time to adapt to new situations but nevertheless remained unique overall so must be conserved; with Communitarianism -- localization -- we reject both the individualism of Democracy and the universalism of Republics, realizing that though as a State we have general concensus, each community differs from each other in ways, such as public/household standards or language (the Northvegr Foundation calls this "Folk Law"); and with Pragmatism we realize that, well, we've been wasting our time waiting for Utopian fairy-tales ("end of all suffering") of dreamers like Jesus or Martin Luther King Junior to come true, and thus we reawaken to the inherent reality around us -- namely that we are mortal so have not much time to waste, that the health and quality of our own people should be what comes first before some internally-warring country on the other side of the globe, and that life is to be enjoyed and not spent on making money or politics goals in themselves. To summarize: life is not just the individual happiness of the common folk, or just our economic welfare, or just the well-being of the environment, or just the preservation of the traditional social order that makes us who we have always been (which also includes race), but each of these. It is therefore out of the question if we can apply this holistic method to current society; holism has no place in this society's empty heart, for it is the very antithesis of the bourgeois and the entire Modern world!
So my Indigenous brothers and sisters, don't worry about how to fix the whole of Modern society, for it is damaged beyond repair. Concentrate instead on what is within; gradually improve your intelligence, character and strength to become best at whatever you may be (a clergyman, a philosopher, a warrior, an artisan, a hunter, a manual laborer, etc) so as to maintain our new society -- Aztlan -- that will arise from the ruins of the final stages of Modern time. While at the same time you may engage in activities, if not at least for the sake of action over inaction, that aid the health of your community and celebrate culture -- like Marcos Aguilar, Christopher Alexander or Bill White. Once we attain the holistic spiritual state of Nationalism, our people will continually evolve toward something greater from there; our collective society will then be able to carry out national plans for eugenics, environmentalism, and so on.
