Justice or "Just Us?"

The more I think back over so many of the terrors bestowed upon Indigenous, Asian and African people I have to ask myself is there some kind of ploy in all this madness within the so-called "Justice System" of AmeriKKKa! The more I read and educate myself to history since the European came and laid claim to our Continent here in AmeriKKKa I keep coming face to face with the Europeans insane history such as the Roman Empire and the Hitler regime.

Is the AmeriKKKican justice system no more than the Roman version of the the gladiators of their era! Are our men and women being put into concentration camps and being used as scientist experiments? The way the judicial system is set up here in Amerikkka the prosecutions job is to put doubt in the jury's mind while the proof of burden lays heavily upon the defendants team. All the prosecution has to do is undermine the defendants innocent until proven guilty. The lawyers being the present day gladiators while the people in question being defended are mere pawns in this obscene game.

When in my early twenties after release from being incarcerated I met a wonderful woman whom I will not soon forget. Her name was Corine Wilson. Corine took me under her wing while I was a part of the ADAP program in the Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) of upstate New York. Corine told me of her suspicions concerning the FBI going into her home and putting listening devices in her closets. She told me of the hair tests she would do which made her aware that someone had on more than one occasion gone into her home while she was gone. She was a defender of the Black Panther Movement and had a very revolution attitude which was not tolerated or appreciated back in the early 1970's.

The FBI'S Covert Action Program
To Destroy The Black Panther Party

I wound up going to a community college attempting to higher my education and try to be an advocate for our people as Corine Wilson had inspired me and was my muse. However upon going to school and and enrolling for a Criminal Justice Major I was hit with the hard cold reality of what AmeriKKKa's justice system was based on. I had to take two criminal law classes. One was criminal law and the other was criminal science. Both of these classes had x FBI men as their professors and each class ran five days a week and had at least thirty students each.

Each of these classes were given the very same assignment. We were assigned to find the appropriate and correct definition of for the word "Justice" we could use any language encyclopedia and dictionary to aid us in this assignment. The reward for this
accomplishment was, each and every student whom found the correct definition of the word would be treated to a month of steak dinners out of the professors pockets. My heart sank as I knew right then and there that there was no true meaning of the word Justice in our so called justice system. Needless to say I dropped out of college and it wasn't until much later on in life that I once again attempted to higher my education.

More and more news stories break with the horrors of innocent men and women being incarcerated for crimes they didn't commit. However the arena filled with AmeriKKKa's present day gladiators continues but at whose expense! The powers that presently call the shots in our present day Government are continually letting down and ignoring the pleas of the people here in AmeriKKKa. How long will we allow these atrocity's to continue? Justice or "Just Us?" Let your conscious be your guide.
